Win Cliff Enterprises was created by Shawn, who has over 12 years of experience cutting hair in New York City and upstate NY. He's graduated from Paul Mitchell Barber School, where he developed his passion for teaching others how to move behind the chair and leverage their skill set and money into an opportunity--specifically owning their own barbershop!
